- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We have found that charging an hourly rate is the fairest and the most economical for our clients. We charge $60./hour and that is one price for BOTH of us coming into your home and working as a team!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For ORGANIZING, we assess the situation on our first visit and chat with the client about what their frustrations are, what they want to accomplish, and what their goals are for our visit. We then come up with a "plan of action" and help our clients decide what to keep, what to toss, and what to donate. After the sorting process is complete, we find homes for all belongings that are easy to find, easy to put away, and easy to manage for years to come. For HOME STAGING, we usually schedule a 2 hour appointment, and walk through the home making a very detailed list of all of the ways that could make your home more buyer friendly. We then talk with you in detail about our suggestions, and you can decide to either follow the list and complete the work yourselves, or hire us back to do the work for you. Either way, you will be amazed at the way we can make your home beautiful and ready for a quicker sale on the market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both educators and have worked in elementary classrooms for over 25 years, giving us much wisdom and experience in the importance of staying organized to function well. We also count our roles as busy mothers each having 3 children as a wonderful learning environment for staying organized! We have learned much over the past 17 plus years working as professional organizers, taking classes, reading, and studying along the way.
