James responded to my request, gave me an honest day and time that he could do the job, and then arrived when he said he would. I asked him to give me updates on the job (trimming overgrowth) while he was in the process of completing it because I couldn't physically be at the location. He sent pics throughout and then finally at the completion. He appears to be a man of his word, has a great work ethic, and finally wants to see his customers happy. I could tell this from how he spoke about his work and how he treated me as a customer. Kudos to James and Merritt Investors crew 👏🏾

James was great to talk to. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. He responded quickly and explained everything on what he was going to do and was very transparent with his pricing. I decided to do the job myself with help from a friend but if I did hire someone, it would have been James.
