He's really good at what he does. His ticket times are very good and he makes awesome food. And he does it all by himself in the kitchen with no help

It was a pleasure working with Troy's Personal Chef Service. This was my first experience working with a personal chef and Chef Troy certainly fits the bill. I have an extremely hectic schedule and have limited time for grocery shopping and cooking for my family. A fact that has me feeling uneasy at times. However, Chef Troy is just the right fit for a busy lifestyle. He eliminated the pressure I feel in the kitchen. He is punctual, knowledgeable, professional, skillful, personable and neat.
