Extremely Disappointed and Inconvenienced
I had an appointment scheduled with this siding company, and not only did they not show up on the day of the appointment, but I also received no communication or explanation whatsoever. I reached out via text to follow up the message was delivered and even marked as read yet I got absolutely no response. No call, no rescheduling, nothing.
It’s incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate to leave someone waiting with zero follow-through, especially after confirming the appointment. I made time in my schedule and planned around this visit, and to be ghosted like that is both frustrating and unacceptable.
If this is how they handle potential customers, I can’t imagine what the service would be like after a job is started. Completely unreliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
