FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Roof & Company, we believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees or high-pressure sales tactics. Every project begins with a free inspection and detailed estimate, so you know exactly what to expect. Whether it’s a minor repair or a full roof replacement, we provide quality workmanship using premium materials at competitive prices. We also offer financing options and work directly with homeowners and insurance companies when storm damage is involved to help make the process as simple as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no-obligation roof or exterior inspection using traditional methods and drone technology when appropriate. After the inspection, we provide a detailed report with photos, explain our findings, and discuss the best options based on your needs and budget. If your home has storm damage, we’ll guide you through the insurance process using my 16 years of experience as a former insurance adjuster. Once the project is approved, we schedule the installation, keep you informed throughout the process, perform a thorough cleanup, and complete a final walkthrough to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before founding The Roof & Company, I spent over 16 years as a residential and commercial insurance adjuster, inspecting thousands of roofs and writing multi-million-dollar property damage estimates. That experience gives me a unique understanding of roofing systems, storm damage, building codes, and insurance claims. Today, we stay current through ongoing manufacturer training, industry education, and best installation practices. We install premium roofing systems from leading manufacturers and are committed to delivering workmanship that exceeds industry standards.
