So glad we decided to work with Raphael! We were having trouble with our dishwasher clogging up and leaking. Raphael was able to quickly set up an appointment to come out and take a look. Unfortunately there was still a leak coming from somewhere so Raphael came back right away. He was able to identify a different issue and let us know what would need to be done. When I told him my husband would likely be able to replace the part on his own now that we knew the problem, Raphael wasn't pushy about doing it himself, nor did he charge us for the second visit despite us choosing to complete that part on our own. He's excellent to work with and I will definitely call him again in the future!

Professional was extremely nice and kind but there were some unforeseen events from the third visit resulting that ended in the demise of my machine that worked great and I regrettably just wanted a smelly gasket replaced.
The tech came out first to assess and try to clean - when I had put on the ad that I tried that and included pictures and model. Paid for that visit. He ordered the part and came back for a second visit and his assistant replaced the gasket and cleaned the lint trap and hose in the dryer. After that visit it was hard to shut the door and it made an angry sound. You now had to hug the machine tightly to get it to lock. He said it needed to be broken in.
Later that day - my child told me that the downstairs was covered in lint. I reported it via chat. He offered to clean it up the visit from the second visit as the lint covered 3 rooms and was 1/2 inch of lint on the floor and walls and said he would come out Monday. (Few days) Saturday both my child and I developed allergy symptoms and my child couldn’t stop sneezing so I cleaned it up - It took me over an hour to clean.
I updated the tech and told him I cleaned it up and sent pics - and told him what I did. He offered to come out and tweak the new gasket.
Monday morning, the tech came back attempted to get the gasket to fit better and clean the mess left by his assistant. He took the machine apart again and came upstairs to report the control board unexpectedly died and sometimes it “just happens” when I had done a load of laundry that morning just fine.
I understand accidents happen but the followup when I sought resolution for having to replace a working machine that never didn’t operate well and only had a smelly gasket - was upsetting as well as the mess left from the assistant which was all over the place. I had to quickly purchase a new machine as the tech told me the part from the newly broken control panel was $800 for the part after spending over $500 for the gasket and lint cleaning.
Sad to write this review because he is very kind but spending $1800 for a new washer and dryer that I couldn’t replace to the original high end look (Bosch) because the company no longer makes normal size washers and just makes small ones - bought ones I could get delivered. Having one short washer and one high dryer would have left no place to fold clothes.
Tried to resolve through Thumbtack Plus and they reported the tech did not respond so they are handling it.
Unfortunate situation for everyone involved. Wish I just dealt with a smelly gasket and called it a day.

We used New Wave to repair our gas dryer which stopped drying. He was very responsive and even added us as his last stop at the end to fix it. Very professional. Very thorough. Found and fixed the problem while he was there. Very reasonable! We definitely would hire him again. Highly recommended.
