- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and higher than your typical Thumbtack owner. I provide excellent, quality work and will take the time to give you a professional product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. It helps the customer feel at ease and part of the process. Honor, integrity and loyalty, are traits I learned in the US Army and use to help the customer feel at ease, safe, and secure while working on their properties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
US Army prime power school 52 week electrical training program. Associates of Applied Technology. OSHA 30 trained. NFPA 70 E trained, NETA trained. 21 years field experience in electrical testing and maintenance working with electrical apparatuses from 120 volts to 500,000 volts.
