- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to give a fair market value. You can save time and possibly money (ie. discount) if you prepare the area to begin work right away by cleaning and packing items up around area to be painted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will come out to the clients home, take pictures, measurements and get to know exactly what the client is looking for in the project. OR provide an estimate remotely through pictures and conversation with the client. Second, within 24-48 hours I will provide an estimate and provide suggestions. Finally, If a client determines to choose me for the work, depending on level of details from estimate, I will then schedule the client for dates of work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Education, yes I was once a teacher. However, I lost my voice due to a complication with a surgery, so I speak with a whisper :) Thanks But my training comes from being on the job with family through the years!
