I am a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with John Maxwell Leadership. My specialty lies in leadership, relationship, and spiritual-life coaching. I am also a meditation and prayer practitioner and teacher.
My coaching approach is eclectic according to the challenge. I use meditation and other exercises to build personal awareness, clarify values, and uncover limiting beliefs. I call on the principles of systems thinking, effective teamwork and community, active listening, among other means, to guide participants toward their success.
I'm available for group and individual coaching, in-service events, public speaking, pulpit supply, and more. I will customize my content and format to your need!
