My specialty lies in leadership, relationship, and spiritual-life coaching. I am also a meditation and prayer practitioner and teacher. My coaching approach is eclectic according to the challenge. I use meditation and other exercises to build personal awareness, clarify values, and uncover limiting beliefs. I call on the principles of systems thinking, effective teamwork and community, active listening, among other means, to guide participants toward their success. I'm available for group and individual coaching, in-service events, public speaking, pulpit supply, and more. I will customize my content and format to your need! My greatest desire is to see you succeed in your mission and goals through more positive personal and professional relationships.

Mr. Jeff Frantz came to St. Francis University to give a keynote address at the annual Student Government Associations' Leadership Conference. Mr. Frantz was insightful in what he offered to the group. His care and passion for what he does can be seen through his work very clearly.
