- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am extremely fair with my pricing because this trade means more to me than money. I want to build relationships with customers and help them achieve a rock solid roof with premium shingles without upcharging them. We install CertainTeed shingles and give all our customers free upgrades to Landmark Pro. Being an installer for 32 yrs I know a good shingle when I see one. I have nailed down hundreds of thousands . Landmark Pro is the best budget friendly shingle on the market , hands down. Stop allowing contractors to install sub par shingles like GAF. Unless you like to install a new roof every 10 yrs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very laid back and brutally honest and keep things simple.********************, Im not gonna want to sit down with you and watch a movie about shingles, thats for sure. LOL Ill send an estimate via sattelite imagery. If the homeowner likes the price I will schedule a time to meet with them at the property to take a walk around the roof and property to make sure the estimate makes sense or if I need to add something before we lock in the price. (for example , cant get delivery truck in the driveway). This will require more work and the estimate would need to be revised . A deposit is taken and the job is scheduled. Payments are to be made in 3rds. Deposit/Start Date/Final Completion. We come in tear a roof off, paper in, shingle and be on our way. No sub contractors, no pushy salesman, just a top quality install from highly trained roof mechanics.

32 years of hands on roof installations . Asphalt , Cedar, EPDM, Metal, TPO, Slate, Spanish Tile.
