- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Experienced services come at a premium - I'm happy to prospect working within any budget or offer a consultation where I may work with you virtually. There may be a chance due to the nature/date of the event, I may make a referral to another hospitality professional that may be better suited for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often my process begins with an email or phone communication followed up by a recap email to establish a solid line of events. Depending on how involved an event it is, I may conduct one or multiple private tastings/meetings to decide the direction and details for your event. At this point a deposit would be secured to hold the date for the event. We would work with an open line of communication up until the event date to ensure a positive and memorable experience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in the Applied Sciences of Hospitality. Beyond that, I've taught professionally on the credit and personal enrichment side of college courses pertaining to beverages and catering services!
