Jax Mahan from TF Voyages planned a dream vacation in Italy for us. The entire schedule was so well planned that we were able to visit and enjoy all the places of interest on our list. Jax provided great recommendations for shopping, dining and sight seeing. The skip-the-line tours helped us save a lot of time and the local tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Traveling all over Italy by high speed trains was fun and after a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back to our excellent hotels and relax. When we met an unexpected train delay, Jax answered our phone call and provided alternate transportation suggestions and thanks to her quick thinking, we were able to continue our trip without any disruption. In our opinion, Jax went above and beyond and we are very thankful to her. Thanks a lot Jax for making our dreams come true. You are on our speed dial for the next vacation in a couple of years :)

Ally was amazing to work with! We planned a cruise on the Lower Mississippi with addition time in cities (Memphis and New Orleans) both before and after the cruise. Ally took care of all the arrangements, provided information on the different cruise lines so we could make an informed choice, and made sure we had appropiate trip insurance. She was responsive and available to answer questions, make changes (cruise line iternary necessitated), and keep me informed. The result was we had the BEST trip ever! I recommend TF Voyages and Ally without reservation and 100% will be using them to plan our next adventure.

We meticulously match clients with vacations meeting their experiential and budgetary needs. We work to find the best deals and watch for savings along the way, and pass them along to our clients immediately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a complimentary consultation which lasts approximately 30 minutes. We discuss destinations, activities, interests and budget. We settle on a few broad areas and We generate itineraries and quotes. We refine from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained on multiple resort products and cruise lines through their own training offerings.
