- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a new company and as such we are willing to work with customers on our website stated prices if they have a problem with the prices. We understand about the COVID-19 concerns and take the required protections from mask wearing to social distancing as stated by the CDC standards. I am also vaccinated myself against VOVID-19.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting with customer via phone or email, we schedule an appointment to get all necessary info of the event such as required and excluded song list. Customers can keep in contact with us as many times as they wish up to the event date to bring any concern or changes they need to make. If they wish, they can come over and inspect our sound equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been dejaying for over 20 years, and this includes wedding, sweet 16's, clubs in NYC, people running for office, hip-hop movies and school events and proms. I have attended electronics school and have a background with professional audio equipment setup, build and repair. I am currently a Microsoft Certified Architect\Engineer.
