I have been using Brian now for over a year. He has been an excellent. Personal Trainer. He has helped me lose about 16 lbs. up to this point. He has been very knowledgable as well with any nutrition or excercise question that I have asked him. And my favorite part of all this is having him come to my home and me not having to go out to get my training at the gym. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in using a personal trainer.

Randy is a very knowledgeable and professional trainer. He is very thorough in his evaluation of what is going to work best for you. We chose Randy to work with our 13 year old son who plays lacrosse and basketball. After one meeting, we know it was the right choice. Looking forward to seeing the results. I always had problems staying motivated to workout i would for about a month then go back to bad habits. I have been trained by nicole for about 6 months now 3 times a week and i feel great. she makes me like working out and going to the gym. she always has something different to me to do and is motivating while i'm doing it.
Alex is a nice guy who really knows what he's talking about. He's helped me make a lot of progress in my strength and helped me reach the goals I had for my weight for wrestling. I would recommend him to everyone who is interested in bettering themselves physically.
Anthony is the person that got me into running and snowboarding. He has given me great exercises to target the areas needed to improve my performance in these sports. He makes his training sessions fun yet intense and has lots of SAQ and plyometric exercises that keeps things interesting.
Working with Jason is rewarding. The workouts are never the same and always a challenge. He analyses your fitness level and works with you to keep improving. I have worked with other trainers that pushed too hard at the beginning and I would never follow through, Jason works you hard don't get me wrong, but not to the point of not wanting to return.
Mike set up a plan for me based on my goals as well as my trouble spots. He's very professional and knowledgeable. I'm continuing to work with him on a weekly basis and feel good about the progress I'm making. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Dan is very professional and extremely talented in the field of martial arts!! He has helped me with my boxing and Muay Thai fighting skills through out the last couple of years!!
