Great experience. They were quick and responsive. Did a great job with the chimney. And what I was so impressed by was that after there were gone, they had cleaned and prepped so well, there was no evidence that they had ever been there

I can say without hesitation, after 37 years of dealing with contractors, that it was highly refreshing to have the Summit Homes agent indicate... after evaluating my chimney...that there were no repairs needed. The Home Inspector we hired prior to buying the home indicated several repairs were needed. I would recommend them due to their honesty in evaluating my alleged repairs.

Mike arrived on time and used a drone to check my chimney cap. When I had additional questions, he flew the drone again, took pictures, and provided me copies. He is very polite and knowledgeable, and charged me far less than I expected.

Mike was already amazing to work with, and the work hasn't even started yet. he has technology that most don't (he used a drone to inspect the chimney) and his process are incredibly reasonable

When I called Mike to schedule an appointment, he was able to meet with me in a timely manner. He arrived promptly for his appointment. He was not only professional, but also personable and knowledgeable. Mike explained was needed to repair my chimneys. The chimneyrepairs are scheduled for the spring, since his appointment with me was held in December (snow, ice and strong winds). I would recommend Mike and Summit Home Pros.
