I'm always hesitant to hire someone I don't know or don't have references for from a real person. Tom contacted me right away after I submitted my job here, was here on time when he said, came in and fixed two things within an hour. One of them was a circuit that had been out in my house for years. I didn't have part of my living room and upstairs bedroom, and I envisioned thousands of dollars and walls being torn apart. Tom quickly diagnosed that it was probably just a short, found it, and had my whole house back up and running. Again, he was here for an hour and fixed so many things, and it cost me less than $200. I'm a guy who like to "have a guy" for things. I know where to go when I want tires, plumbing, tree cutting, etc. Now I know where to go for electrical. Tom will by my go-to based off of my experience yesterday.

We just bought a new house and are having quite a bit of work done do it, including electrical upgrades. Tom was hands-down the most responsive contractor with whom we have worked. He was the first to call on our Thumbtack post and kept us informed of every step of the work that was done. He also knows what he's talking about and was able to find effective solutions to meeting our electrical needs, which impressed my husband (who worked for an electrical contractor for years). Highly recommended.
