What an amazing job that was completed! I had water damage in my ceiling from the bathroom above it.
The initial solution was not to the standard that he had so he went above and beyond to make a far greater repair. I appreciated the honesty and transparency about the work.
He even went above and beyond to caulk the trim!
This business is a real diamond in the rough discovery. I can't put to words how thrilled my spouse and I are with the completed work.
My spouse and I are first-time homeowners who recently had a disastrous situation develop after the previous owner left an issue with the roof and insulation unresolved. Part of the resolution process involved tearing out a large section of ceiling and exterior wall. It was an overwhelming thing for us to face, especially without knowing contracting businesses in the area.
I came to Thumbtack hoping to find the right person for the job, and I really, really did. Dale is professional, thorough, and excellent at what he does. He repaired our damage in three days. He was communicative throughout and explained everything about the work we needed to complete. He even did a little extra for us just to spruce up our home! And if that's not enough to convince you, let me add that Dale is so friendly and warm. He was a joy to have in our house.
I can't thank Ford Pro Construction enough. Pricing was more than fair for what was delivered. I will be consistently working with them again as future need arises.

Dale did an absolutely amazing job on this project. What he walked into was a complete mess, and the before and after honestly speaks for itself. He handled the demo, prep, repairs, and finishing, and the end result is night and day. Dale was professional, respectful, hardworking, and genuinely took pride in his work from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend Dale to anyone looking for someone who takes their work seriously and does it right. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had on a repair/remodeling job. This guy is the real deal! Don’t even think twice about hiring someone else!

Dale from Ford Pro Construction was outstanding. Professional, friendly, expert ceiling repair, good value, punctual, responsive, need I go on? This is the man you want to hire for any drywall repair. I would look no further and will call on him again for any other repair needed. I’m really good at what I do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to see the job and get a feel for what the customer wants. Then we will come up with a few options. After the customer chooses which option best fits his/her family’s needs, we will create an invoice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journeyman carpenter. I have multiple certifications within the field of carpentry. My business is fully licensed and insured.
