I’m so used to having to wait a long time for services to be finished, but BFF Arbor and Lawn is a wonderful exception to that! They were very responsive and quickly went from an assessment of my tree to completion of the work. They cleaned up all the debris & even put my decorations back in place which I had forgotten to take down in advance of them arriving! I highly recommend them for tree pruning needs.

This is the first time I used Thumbtack & BFF Arbor & Lawn and I must say I was impressed with the services of both. Thumbtack made it easy to find and contact BFF Arbor & Lawn. I submitted a brief description of my job needs via Thumbtack and within 10 minutes I got a response via email. I requested to speak directly to BFF Arbor & Lawn instead of direct message and I was told I could call and talk directly to the owner who also was the arborist. John said his schedule would allow him to come to my house and give me an estimate in a hour. John was there in a hour we discussed what needed to be done and he quoted me a reasonable price. I was lucky enough to be able to be scheduled the next day to do the job. John and his crew did a fantastic job. There were some tricky situations with some of the dead tall pines that they handled quite well! I would recommend BFF Arbor & Lawn for your treeremoval needs and I will definitely call them if I need their services in the future.
