- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique and presents its own unique challenges. The Pricing varies depending on the difficulty in the Job and the equipment needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is constant communication from the beginning to the end of the project. Generally to start there is an application process over the telephone followed with a specific estimate day. If approved a specific date to have the work done is discussed. There is confirmation follow up prior to the actual work date scheduled. The crew comes on the schedule date and does their best to come within time parameters communicated. Additionally there is communication if the crew is going to be delayed or if for some reason they cannot make it on the job date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company is blessed with a blend of technical education including applied math, physics, engineering and over 30 years of field experience. Additionally there has been years of training and experience in the art of customer service
