- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set for a single dog or cat. The price may vary if there are multiple pets for a single booking. All costs will be explained up front, before the booking begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greets are important for new clients, especially dogs. This allows you and I to get acquainted, but also for your pet to get to know me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience with pet care, I’ve even cared for farm animals! It’s the best job in the world and I am always learning new things.
