- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chat over the phone or Zoom about the project. Tax documents are then forwarded to our practice via email, the mail, pic to text, fax or other means! We ask questions to confirm that all deductions and credits can be found and taken on the return. Return prepared. Results shared and analysis completed. Returns sent back via secure email or Priority Mail! Returns electronically filed! Client prayed for!
