My experience with Mark was average. He was responsive initially, he came to spec out the layout and he recommended equipment. There was a suggestion of purchasing refurbished equipment or new equipment and we decided to purchase new equipment. The bill was paid in full on the exact same day and it took a week to get the equipment. We were told at first the order would be placed with B&H located in Manhattan but then the equipment would have to be shipped to a warehouse in Pennsylvania. When Mark arrived to setup the access points, the equipment was clearly used and I recognised right away and asked twice if the equipment was used. Mark after the second time finally acknowledged that it was used and that he would order new equipment from B&H. I'm not sure why new equipment wasn't ordered right away, but the next day he arrived with brand new equipment and was able to provide a receipt for the order. Mark charged for installation but in all honesty, the installing could have been done by myself. Mark stated that I had to have a stand alone computer to manage the hardware, but I was able to install the software on my regular Mac computer and control all of the hardware without issue. After Mark left, I had to end up installing to Wifi extenders because coverage still was not adequate for one side of our house. I was able to figure out everything that I needed by calling the company directly and watching YouTube. Mark might be better suited for a smaller job, but for what I needed he did an ok job. The one fact that did not sit well was that used equipment was brought to my house and it was clearly known that the equipment was used.

I am very disappointed. Owner Mark never called back to fix what we paid $280. for installing new computer with software. I could tell you so much about his life because he is a talker working for $95./hour. It still doesn't work the way he explained & just decided what was needed on new computer. Not happy!!

    All of our staff possess at least an associates degree or higher, however, over 50 years combined experience says a lot more than a piece of paper from a college
