Carl came to our new home and installed 2 220 outlets and was professional and made sure that we were able to have the outlets where needed and the best way to run the wiring for the appliances. Great work.
I've been rehabbing houses since 1991, and Bill Maitland (M&M) is the first electrician I've hired in Pennsylvania. How did I get so lucky! He did exactly what he promised, his estimate was awesome and it didn't go up in spite of a few unforeseen issues (which he absorbed instead of charging me). He's very easy to communicate with -- phone, text, e-mail, etc. -- he's punctual, keeps me posted, and he didn't complain. As a residential rehabber, my biggest pet peeve is complaining. Bill loves the work he's doing, and it shows. He installed a new electrical service and took care of all communications with the building department. I have already hired him for my next job. Take my word for it, you'll want to do the same.
The JR Capital Group was retained to: -Upgrade a main electrical panel and eliminate a fused sub-panel -Move a 220 line from one side of the basement to the other -install two, 2-gang 110 electrical boxes -install three GCFI outlets All work performed was outstanding. Accordingly, all JR Capital Group personnel involved were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely competent in all phases of the project. Work was completed rapidly and thoroughly. The work of the JR Capital Group was such that I am pleased to invite the owner to submit a bid to perform all electrical work on a home that my wife and I are building. I recommend the JR Capital Group wholeheartedly, and am quite pleased that we selected them as our electricians. Clearly these are individuals who not only care about their profession and work, but the satisfaction of their clients/customers as well. Excellent organization! Five Stars. R. Munn 440-897-4745
Upgraded our electrical panel to 150 amp and installed 240 line for Nissan Leaf car charger.
Brian installed a new 200 amp service, grounded it, replaced all the switches and receptacles in the house, installed a 30 amp receptacle for a dryer, installed several new switches, and installed a new light fixture in the bathroom. Brian's work is absolutely excellent. He is a perfectionist, and definitely who you want to hire if you want the job done to the highest possible standard. He stuck to his quote and is a fun guy to work with. The only thing is that he wasn't able to finish some of the work on our schedule. We were pressed for time and had to delay a lot of work because the electrical wasn't done. I think he is just busy. Like they say "if you want it fast, it won't be priced right or well done." Brian's work is absolutely well done and priced right, but I don't think he likes to do rush jobs. Definitely would recommend to everyone.
Jack was flexible with our work schedules and did a great job replacing our electrical panel. He was friendly and went above and beyond, fixing some previous work someone else had not done correctly.
Very pleased with the work quality and timing of the job as well as the price - I will call Bill first on any home repair/upgrade project I have going forward.
Mike updated my main electrical service, installing a 200 amp line to match my breaker panel and replace a fraying 100 amp cable. The job was overly complicated due to a tile roof, and the location of the line anchor and meter. Mike completed the job well with the only hitch being a small measurement issue which was resolved with only minor headache.
I had my electric panel upgraded to a 200 amp service. H&L did a excellent job, very professional and very easy to get along with. I liked the guy after only talking to him a few minutes. not the cheapest but not outrageous prices. the cost was was very competitive in my view. we have very high winds here on some days the first day he got beat up by the wind and he kept going even staying late to make sure we had electric to survive the night till he came back the next day to finish. I can not stress how happy i am with the work done. I will use him anytime I need electric work done.
I had retained James Boden Electric to install ceiling fan. He is fast, efficient and amazing pricing. His scheduling works around a person that works daytime hours and is flexible with scheduling.
I had some wiring done by Gabriel Electric. Gene was great to work with. He was here when he said he would be here, and was very good at what he does. He was also very fair as far as price goes. If you ever need electrical work done, do not hesitate to call Gabriel Electric.
Had a house wired and a new electrical panel installed. This is a company that puts its customers first and focuses on doing thing the right way. Excellent customer service and total integrity in all that they do. I recommend them to all of our friends without hesitation.
The old fuse box in my home finally gave out a few days ago. I was concerned about the big upgrade job to a compliant circuit breaker panel, the associated cost and the City of Pgh. electrical code requirements. But then I found KNK Electric. They put all my concerns to rest, gave me a reasonable true estimate and I was impressed with their technical knowledge and professionalism in dealing with the customer. They quickly came to perform the service efficiently and neatly and always with an eye to reducing my inconveniences to a minimum. Now my electric system works perfectly and I feel so much safer (and did not break the bank). I will call KNK Electric for all my future electric service needs and will recommend them to anyone. - SummerPat
Contracted to wire garage door opener from panel box to new outlet. Superior work quality and trustworthy. Arrived on time to do the work and very professional. Will contact again for any electrical needs
As a first time home owner, doing some of the starting jobs on my house I was looking for someone who wasn't going to charge me an arm and a leg and someone who actually knew what they were doing. Mike easily checked off both of those boxes for my wife and I. Mike was extremely flexible with his times (He had to come out twice because we didn't have the fan we wanted installed the first time around) and didn't have any problem working on the weekend or doing afternoon/night work. He did everything we asked of him (Plug installations, GFCI installations, fan installations, wiring redone from previous home owners, switch installations, and probably more I'm forgetting) and he was able to do it all quickly and as I said, very reasonably priced (Doing it for hundreds cheaper than a couple other quotes I got). I really couldn't recommend Mike enough and will be calling him with all future electric requests. If you need someone who is going to do it fast, and isn't going to try and up-sell you on unnecessary upgrades (Another electrician we had come in for a quote told me I would have to upgrade my circuit breaker because it was old and outdated, it isn't even two years old) this is your guy. Also, one last thing I have to note is Mike's cleanup as this was particularly impressive, after he was done with all work he actually used a broom and swiffer to clean up all areas that he worked, my mother in law told me she thought the floor looked cleaner after he left than before he got there.
