Kitchen-dust ceiling fan/lighting fixtures within reach, clean counter tops and tables, clean stove top, sweep/mop floors, clean faucet and inside sink.We do clean the inside of the sinks. We Do Not Wash Dishes!
Bedrooms-dust any visible cobwebs within reach, dust ceiling fan/light fixtures within reach, dust and clean surfaces, make-up of bed/s upon request, sprinkle a baking soda carpet freshener and vacuum carpets/rugs,

Move Out/In, Pre- Sale, Rental Property or Deep Cleaning Starting at $110
Includes all items in the Standard Cleaning + the following:
Bathroom-dust and clean window sills, dust and clean baseboards, tile and grout scrub.
Kitchen-dust and clean window sills, exterior cabinet wiping/ interior cabinet wiping for Move Out/In Cleaning, backsplash scrub, clean drip pans and underneath stove top, inside/outside of microwave, all major appliances outside only will be cleaned.
Bedrooms-dust and clean window sills, dust and clean closet shelves, dust and clean baseboards.
Living room/Dining room-dust and clean window sills, dust and clean baseboards, dust and wipe down surfaces and outside of wooden cabinetry with wood oil, dust chair rails and door panels.
Basement/ or bonus rooms are not included in your estimate please advise if you are seeking cleaning of those areas.
