I’d give 6 stars if I could. We recently moved into a very poorly upheld house (dirt in every corner, mold in the fridge and freezer, crusty substance covering the bathrooms) rented to college students and hired Cheree to clean it all. Prior to arrival, what she thought would be a 2.5 hour job actually turned into a 5 hour job because this wasn’t your ordinary house cleaning. However, Cheree stuck it out and stayed until nearly midnight (!!) to get the job done. Our house is now spotless and with the extremely generous price that she named, we felt obligated to tip her nearly 100% for the job that she did. If we ever need a cleaning service in the future, Queen C’s is the only one getting our business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Queen C’s provides standard and deep cleaning which doesn’t include washing laundry, carpet cleaning or dish washing. If you book your appointment once and then become a frequent customer you gain VIP status and receive discounts according to your recurrence.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to arrive at the residential or commercial property 10-15 minutes prior to complete a walk through and come to a mutual agreement on the cleaning to be completed. The price is discussed prior to doing the work and any additional charges is discussed up front.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was driving my cousin, whom is more like my brother to the Cleveland Airport. I was informing him I no longer wanted to work a 9 to 5. He said, “Cheree you are OCD have you thought about a cleaning business.” He became my first small and recurring business customer.
