Jim's Contracting

Introduction: My work experience are the following: I work for Jim's Contracting as construction assistant from 2011 to present (part-time as needed for my family's general contracting company). My job and responsibilities are as follows: * Soldering Copper Pipes * Caulking * Spread adhesives on flooring to prep for tile and assist with tile cutting. * Install all bathroom fixtures including sinks and toilets. * Install trim and cabinets in residential homes. * Roof and siding jobs such as tear off roof, rebuild new roofs, patching, repairing, and install vinyl siding. * Painting and trim finishing with hand rollers and brushes. * Cut and install spray insulation and rolls of fiberglass insulation. * Leave job site cleaner than how I found it and treat all customer's homes as if they were my own. * Work with customers to insure that they are satisfied with the job by maintaining communication during job and addressing client concerns. I also work landscaping, commercial cleaning and general labor for two summers while in high school from 2011 to 2012. My job and responsibilities are as follows: * Mix and spray/spread fertilizers, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees. * Mow and edge lawns * Rake, mulch, and compost leaves. * Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, and chain-saws. * I also use my hands in working.
