Had a full heating and cooling system replaced by Plumb it Heat it Cool it. Pricing was competitive and techs were very professional. They kept my basement clean and everything works great!

Our AC blew and we have a 4 month old at home. It was an exceptionally hot weekend so time was of the essence. They were competitively priced at $59 diagnostic fee and quickest to respond. Also was the earliest appointment we could get which was between 9-11am. Andrew showed at 930. I received text alerts when he was on his way. Andrew was great! Professional, courteous, friendly. He wore shoe slippers every time he entered the house. He figured out the component that was broken quickly. He had the replacement piece with him in his truck. He also cleaned out our AC unit which was part of the issue. He completed everything and had us up and running in about 2 hours. I also appreciated that he shared information about their maintenance program but wasnt too pushy. He did share other potential issues and taught me a lot about our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

In the process of selling my late grandmothers house, the AC system decided to be uncooperative. The fan was not blowing, which led to the coil, line set, and condenser freezing. We called plummet, heat it, coolant, they quickly came out to diagnose the problem and then came back at a later date once the part arrived to repair the unit. They were professional, clean, honest, and I would highly recommend their services.
