- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically work off our client's marketing budget if they have one. If not, then we can discuss your project and your ideas to help create an estimate cost. Then we will work with you by educating you on the cost of your project allowing you to then create a budget to scale up or down if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know our clients is extremely important to our process. Understanding their goals and sometimes getting to know them personally helps our working relationship and puts a positive effect on the project.
