He was very responsive. He completed the job less than 12 hours of responding to the emergency. He identified the leak and resolved the issue within 15 minutes of his arrival. The process was expedited and very affordable even with him cutting out a wall to complete the repairs. He guided me through the entire process and explained everything as he did it.

I had Garcia from Flo Roc come out and fix my bathroom sink about a year and a half ago. Garcia did a great job and gave me some tips. He saw that the pipes were put in wrong and fixed everything. When I texted this time, I had an issue with my kitchen sink. I initially didn't hear back as we both had issues with our phones. I ended up having another company take a look at it, but they didn't bring the correct equipment to snake my sink pipes and insisted I should get a camera to look as that was the only way to fix my pipes. When I finally got Garcia's message, he promptly set up an appointment for the next morning, as it was late the night before. Not only did Garcia fix the issue without a camera, did it in about 15 minutes or so and brought all the proper equipment, which the other co did not. Garcia also quoted me a price but gave me some savings off of it. He didn't try to quote me more when he showed up. They don't charge a fee to come out either. He is very professional. He called me to let me know he was on his way and also that he was running about 20 minutes late due to traffic, and called me to let me know, which, in my book, makes him better than most who just leave you hanging. I know it was a drive for him since he was coming from Philly, a bit away in rush hour traffic. I would highly recommend Garcia. It was a bonus that he remembered details of when he was last here. My adult son was home, but he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all, and sometimes contractors are inappropriate. He even cleaned up after himself. You won't regret hiring him.

I’m so pleased with the work today. I sent a message at 6 am needing a repair and he was able to completely change my utility sink, get rid of the old one. I mentioned my shower panel needing something and he quickly repaired it too. On the way out my garage door got stuck, he fixed it.
Some people are just the blessings you need. This company I highly recommend. Contractors are not usually this courteous and honest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work in a way that my customers are satisfied and I’m satisfied. I normally ask customers to outline the issues they have and then set a fee to get the job completed before I start working. Also customers are giving the opportunity to purchase their own materials or I can purchase them and add it to the work fees.
