- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price includes most of the service. Editing is usually an add-on, but custom packages are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A video or phone call to get to know your videographer is understandable, I am available during normal office hours until 7 pm most nights. You can text me ahead of time with this number. If the package sounds good, I'll send you a signed an agreement through Adobe Sign, for you to digitally sign. This and a 50% deposit would secure your video package with Noise Soul Cinema. No rush!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from having a B.A. in Film/Video from Penn State University, I've been creating videos and photos for businesses, artists, families and non-profits since 2007, before I graduated undergrad. Fast-forward to today, and thats over 13 years of filmmaking and customer service within this industry.
