I hired Noise Soul Cinema somewhat last minute when I was having some trouble working out an adequate video live-stream for an outdoor event I was having. I received the recommendation from a trusted friend and filmmaker, so that put me at ease right away. I heard back from Josh at NSC quickly and he asked all the right questions to get everything in order and put my mind at ease. He worked with me to create a schedule that worked on short notice for both of us for site visits, and talked me through the challenges he was facing with the technology so if there were any hiccups I would know what to expect and how we could plan ahead to avoid them. Went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me out of a tough spot. Very professional, very kind, a pleasure to work with.... I will definitely definitely be hiring Noise Soul Cinema again.

This guy is a one man army. Attentive, thoughtful, caring and professional. What more could you ask for? He's helped me get so much work done for so many varying projects that I always recommend him to friends and family for any kind of professional video/photo work. We are so grateful we were able to book Noise Soul Cinema to film our wedding! Joshua went above and beyond to capture our day! Joshua and his crew arrived early for the event, were able to (discreetly) capture multiple angles during the ceremony, were very professional and demonstrated their years of experience in the industry. They were very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, they offered to work with us and make any requested edits before they finalized our highlight film, and were extremely enjoyable and easy to work with! We received our final product in just a little over a month after our wedding and would recommend Noise Soul Cinema to any couple looking for a wedding videographer!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price includes most of the service. Editing is usually an add-on, but custom packages are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A video or phone call to get to know your videographer is understandable, I am available during normal office hours until 7 pm most nights. You can text me ahead of time with this number. If the package sounds good, I'll send you a signed an agreement through Adobe Sign, for you to digitally sign. This and a 50% deposit would secure your video package with Noise Soul Cinema. No rush!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from having a B.A. in Film/Video from Penn State University, I've been creating videos and photos for businesses, artists, families and non-profits since 2007, before I graduated undergrad. Fast-forward to today, and thats over 13 years of filmmaking and customer service within this industry.
