First time hiring off of apps like this. alex came out late and took care of the problem right away and did everything in a professional, timely manner. I wasn't home, but he sent me a photo right as he walked in. It sent me a photo and a detailed explanation of what was wrong. I value trust. That's my highest priority. And he was able to earn mine!

Alex was great! The igniter in our oven stopped working over Labor Day weekend and Alex was able to come out right away to diagnose the problem. He didn't have the exact part we needed since our oven was an older model, so we had to wait for the hardware store to reopen (due to the holiday, completely out of our hands). Alex kept us updated the whole time and came out to complete the fix as soon as possible. 100% would recommend!
