Repairman came out, assessed the issue, gave me a price, once agreed he got right to work already having the piece in the truck, and was done within 20 min.
I had a problem, I called, they came, they fixed it.
I now have a running and draining washer again!

The technician was incredibly quick to respond, diagnosed my oven immediately, and had a part ordered and the oven fixed by the end of the day. In addition, he also helped me diagnose an issue with my dryer exhaust free of charge. Definitely recommend.
