I highly recommend Jo Jo’s Repair! The service was excellent from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and respectful throughout the entire repair. He followed up as promised, was patient in answering all of my questions, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. He repaired my washer quickly and efficiently, and before leaving, he cleaned up the work area so there was no mess left behind. Was very responsive with their time and availability. Checked the washer to see what the issues were. The washer washed like nothing was wrong of course. Juan and Jovanni explained everything they were doing step by step. Diagnosed the possible issue and told me to watch it in case it starts acting up again. If so they’ll come back to make the necessary repairs. Was only charged the service fee. Thankful they were patient and had great customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Jojo did an amazing job! Extremely thorough and professional in his work. I learned so much in a short amount of time about electrical appliances especially for my dryer. He did more than I expected and located the root cause in the craziest way. I had a freaking DEAD BIRD in the dryer exhaust and had no idea whatsoever. Had a whole bird's nest inside the blower entrance from outside and had not a clue y'all! I was so embarrassed, but Jojo was kind and non-judgmental and provided the professional guidance I needed to avoid this ever happening again. He gutted EVERYTHING and cleared my dryer of all lent, debris, and etc. My husband and I will be calling him from now on. He basically gave me a whole new dryer! Word of advice-stay on top of your appliance maintenance and get a dryer exhaust bucket. Thank God for Jojo!!
