This was an amazing experience, Sade took her time with catering to my event, making everyone feel apart of the event. I could not be more pleased the way this event came out, especially given everything going on in the world this was the perfect escape

Upon securing services, I was having a pretty good experience via email and thumbtack messaging with Ms. Montague. We discussed signature drinks. The cost of services was to include bar service and signature drink service. As time went on, I was told to but my own alcohol. Fine. I did so. Our contract was from 5pm to 8pm. I was asked if it was ok to show up early to prep. I told her she could come as early as she needs to. She showed up around 330, an hour and a half before the event. My guests overheard her saying she'd double booked and that she had to be in Jersey by 6:30. Again, my contract was from 5 to 8. I was asked if she could speak to me on the side, at which time she tells me her contract was for 2 hours. The bartender decided to leave my guests high and dry an hour before the contract was over. My guests were left sitting at a bar and what her excuse was after that was that she brought ice and two containers (small) of juice. I purchased all of the alcohol and paid her almost 200 dollars just for her to double book and TURN MY WEDDING DAY INTO A DISASTER! Contract was from 5pm to 8pm.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. Your situation is 1000% not common....I understand & send my deepest apologies regarding your experience. As documented via emails....in regards to the contracting.....we asked you 2 weeks prior to the event if we could start packing up at 6:30pm & you agreed. However, we stayed until 7:23pm. In regards to pricing, you paid $175 & I provided ICE, for 35 guests, napkins, straws, licensed bartender & I also provided alcohol (Campari, Blue Curaco, Peach Schnapps, Vodka, etc) & other bar essentials to service the event. The guest that we served LOVED the drinks & service. The kids loved the fruit punch. It was unfortunate that there was miscommunication regarding times. I will take this feedback with me going forward. - Best wishes to you & be safe Sade'

Hi my name is Sade and I am the Owner of The Art Of Libations. What inspired me to start this business was my flare for customer service & my love for a good cocktail back in 2014. When you combine a charismatic personality with the love for making people happy with a touch of knowledge in the world of bartending, I feel as though you create a dynamic experience for the customer. I am ServSafe certified and have been bartending for years for private events & restaurants.
