- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to check out what some of the newest drinks are. I look online and ask around at bars.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working at a restaurant as a server. I had been there for about a year, and knew most of the regular customers and would greet them and chat for a few minutes when I saw them. I was offered the position of bartender because of my ability to connect with my customers and because of my work ethic. I was asked by one of my regular customers to bartend their son's graduation party, and that's when I started doing private parties also.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done indoor and outdoor events. I have bartended weddings and graduation parties. I do events where people are looking for someone personable, who knows what they are doing, easy going and professional.
