Can’t recommend Ashley and her team enough. They gave us alcohol recommendations and also shopping lists with amounts to make sure we got enough alcohol. Additionally at our wedding backyard venue they were just great bartenders to talk with and they really understood exactly the types of drinks we wanted. If you need affordable bartenders that do a fantastic job at your event, I recommend them 100%, you won’t regret it!

AMAZING service and overall experience with Bitters & Barley!!! This was the first time I've utilized a service such as private bartending and we hired Ashley to help us host a 30th birthday. We were so happy with the way it turned out - she really gives you such a great value for the money spent, has outstanding customer service and punctuality with planning, and an eye for esthetics with her hand made bar sign!! We would recommend her for anyone looking for a private bartender and can't wait to utilize her services in the future!

We hired Bitters & Barley for our baby shower (atypical I know, but we have a big family that loves to drink and we’d never hear the end of it if the drinks weren’t up to par)… we told her that we were having a girl and she crafted this beautiful signature cocktail…. I don’t even know what it is because I’m typically a shot and a beer fellow but as far as fruity drinks go it was great. My wife was very happy with the service even though she couldn’t imbibe herself, and we got a lot of compliments from family, everyone thought having an actual bartender was a great touch. All in all worth the price, definitely elevated the event.

Ashley was absolutely amazing. She communicated with me consistently and was very sweet and caring. She was crucial to my wedding celebration experience and I would definitely work with her again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is highly flexible in order to meet your needs precisely. I do offer referral discounts as well as First Responder & Veteran discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our journey begins with a brief phone call to discuss your dream event. From there, we will provide a detailed quote. Once the quote is accepted, we will send a contract to you electronically for signature. Once the contract is signed, we get to work collaborating with you to put together the bar of your dreams! We will work with you every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in high end cocktail crafting. Me and my team are all RAMP certified in the state of Pennsylvania and collectively, we have years of knowledge, training and creativity.
