- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all about making things easy and giving you a great experience from start to finish. Every event is a little different, so rates are based on your guest count, the number of hours you need, and the bartending package that fits your vision. Smaller gatherings tend to be more affordable, while larger parties may need an extra bartender so your guests are never waiting for a drink. Any add-ons, like mixers or garnishes, are completely optional and always shared upfront. No hidden fees, no guesswork, just honest pricing and warm, reliable service so you can enjoy your event without lifting a finger.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I focus on making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We start with a quick conversation about your event details, the date, location, guest count, and the overall vibe you want. From there, I recommend the package that fits your needs and walk you through any optional add-ons so you can tailor the experience your way. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send an invoice and secure your date with a deposit. I also prepare a customized shopping list for all the alcohol and brands you’ll need based on your menu. This keeps things simple and ensures you get the right quantities without overspending. Leading up to your event, I stay in close communication to confirm your menu, timeline, and setup preferences. On the day of, I arrive early, set up the bar, and make sure everything runs seamlessly so you can enjoy your celebration without lifting a finger.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a RAMP-certified and insured mobile bartender in Pennsylvania, trained in responsible service and event safety. I also have professional mixology experience from my time with KLYR Rum Company, where I crafted cocktails, led tastings, and supported large-scale events. Over the years, I’ve bartended weddings, corporate functions, milestone birthdays, community events, and intimate celebrations, which has helped me refine both my drink-making skills and my customer service approach. I stay current on industry trends, flavor profiles, and bar setups so every event feels seamless, organized, and well-executed.
