The Mobile Bartender

INTRODUCTION: I am new to Thumbtack (Feb 2022) and I'm very excited to be here on this platform! My name is Tamika, I am an insured and RAMP Certified Bartender of 24 years. I am pretty much always happy, positive and full of life! I get along with almost any and everybody! I will travel just about anywhere NJ, MD, DE, PA and NY. I travel with 2 pop-up bars (1 large/1 small), small table, ice bin and bartending tools plus I provide all garnishes. For wedding receptions, I provide a complimentary gallon of adult punch to add to the open bar. BACKGROUND: I worked at a staple bar in South Philadelphia with my two awesome Italian bosses for 22 years in which I managed for 5 years once my boss fell ill. My talents there, led me to branch out to work for other neighboring businesses who also sought out my talent during that 22 yr. span. Bartending is my side adventure, during those beautiful 9-5 hours, I am an Executive Assistant to the Dean at a prestigious college in Philadelphia. I also currently working at a Legion Post every Thursday for karaoke night. I have been at the post for the past 3 years. I also partnered as a vendor with Precious Moments Banquet Hall in Berlin, NJ for approximately 1 year and 5 months. I also have the pleasure of being the mobile bartender for Carae Creations Catering. This up-and-coming catering business along with myself, have tag teamed in providing services for the City of Philadelphia at the Horticultural Center in Fairmount Park. I've worked various events and feel comfortable enough to now explore the "independent" mobile bartending servicing. I'm a vibrant, professional, fun-filled, hospitable host who knows how to connect with people by providing a welcoming atmosphere. I pride myself in wanting people to have a great experience when they come over to get a beverage from me with a smile!
