Everything about working with Oliver and his respectful team was amazing from the very first moment of contact. Oliver was always very responsive and thorough. Our main bathroom was ugly, had mold, and was falling apart. We got a few quotes for bathroom remodels and found that by choosing R&O, we could buy our own tiles and fixtures etc., which both helped keep our cost lower and allowed us to really personalize the bathroom. The R&O team was so efficient they got it done in a little over a week and within several weeks of me reaching out. The guys were friendly and did great work. Oliver was extremely patient and accommodating every step of the way. He helped me understand all aspects of the project and was available to answer questions via text or in-person throughout. He even had the guys come back one day to redo a few small things that needed correcting. I am so happy with how it turned out! It is the most luxurious shower ever, I can’t believe we have such a beautiful bathroom!

Best decision to go with R&O! I was very hesitant to hand over a complete 3 bedroom 1.5 bath remodel to one company but Oliver made the process easy. While others said the project would take upwards of 9 months, R&O got it done in 3 months. We could not be happier with the results and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.
