I want to thank John and his crew for showing up exactly as he said they would. They did what i requested them to do, removing items I needed to discard and efficiently. John was most cordial, professional and informative, and I am 100% satisfied . I will definitely request John's services in the future. I'm sorry I didn't know about him before. He did great work. Arrived within an hour on a Saturday to do a diagnostic on our unit for a flat fee, which was great. When the technicians arrived I asked that they let us know how much the work will cost. They told me it's a process of elimniation and they'll let us know before they start the work. They checked a few things, confirmed it want a fuse issue and then started putting in 3lbs of freon at $125/lbs without letting us know the cost. We had to stop them from continuing and asked them to leave. We were looking for a diagnostic and quote, not a $1000 bill. They claim they told us they were putting in the freon at $125/lb but they did not.

I hired him then he canceled because I was going to have the air conditioner delivered to my home. I do not recommend him to anyone. The entire purpose of hiring someone is to communicate until completion. Do not hire this person. !!!!
