There are many HVAC companies who will promise to do the same king for an appealing rate, but the quality of work is not there, especially for those big name companies. Tom is a family man and owns the business and is the lead tech as well, and he cares about all of his customers personally. It's a huge difference. His techs know what they're doing, and I can have them here within 24 hours whenever I need them. Their tech Brett gave me a tune up in under an hour; and installed my two nest thermostats with no issues. The big seller is they're super accommodating-they worked around my schedule and aggressive dog, and won't protective health gear the whole time. As a young home owner, I also was never up sold on anything. I'll never use anyone else.

Tom arrived as scheduled, did a thorough job, communicated what was being done, charged a fair price and did not try to sell me something extra as my ex HVAC people did at each and every visit. Prior to the appointment Rosie from the office kept us fully informed and sent reminders. I strongly recommend AirMaster Heating & Cooling Specialist and look forward to a long relationship with them; great to have a company that I can count on.

We wanted central air installed in our new home. We reached out to at least five different companies for estimates and inspections. AirMaster was by far the most professional, prompt, and (surprisingly) most affordable. This was during the pandemic and they were sure to wear masks and keep everyone as safe as possible. We scheduled the installation a week later and after two days of work, we had central air. 10/10 - would recommend!
