Leon R. says, "The representative inspected the job to be done (replacing a mini-split a/c and heater) before giving an estimate. (Competitors sent an estimate before even showing up.) He understood that the old wiring and cables could be re-used and so the job was easier than thought by competitors. As a result, the estimate was lower than the competitors. The two-person team showed up on the date promised. They discovered the new unit I had purchased was a higher amperage than the one being replaced and would need to install an additional breaker for an additional $150. Even so, the total price was LESS than the competitors. They worked neatly and completed the job in about a half day. The new unit works great and I would certainly use their service again!"See more

He was super efficient, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.While installing the faucet, he noticed a loose water valve that could have caused a problem down the road.
