I had a great experience with DNA heating a cooling. They were very prompt to get back to me when I first scheduled on thumbtack. The tech that came out was super knowledge and pinpointed my problem, then gave me a very clear plan of how to fix it. He was even nice to my dog! Will definitely be using them again.

Del was very friendly, and came way before the time he was expected (he did call first of course). To me this was a good thing considering I was expecting him at 8:00 pm. His price was very reasonable as well. My brother works in HVAC, and he told me the price was very good compared to the competitors. (I would’ve hired my brother but family, and business never mix). My HVAC unit was on a cycle where it would cool for 59 seconds, and then shut off for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Del managed to identify and fix the issue, all within the span of maybe less than an hour. I’d definitely be using their services again for future problems.

DNA Heating and Cooling really saved the day. I reached out to many to replace my heating/AC unit and they were quick to respond on Thumptack, schedule a time to take a look, and replace the unit with such a quick and commendable turnaround time! They were very reliable and kept me in the loop with great communication with each step of the way. The payment process was easy to do and they even sent me pictures after.
