- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do a free estimate of the business or home. The customer will express their cleaning needs and special request. Then, we will discuss a price and when should I return to complete the cleaning. After the cleaning we will provide a receipt upon services rendered. Hopefully the customer will allow us to become a recurring cleaning service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly residential for now and a few business offices.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Tidy in Eight cleaned a condo at the Dorchester. It was a deep clean the 1st time and again for a regular cleaning. The deep clean took my employees 6 hours. We cleaned interior windows, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining, and kitchen. Hired us after having renovations done so there was a lot of dust and needed us to bring out the luster of the floors.
