FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We do destination and travel weddings but need three months notice and charge a $500+ for travel fees. This all depends on location but we love travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we take on Event or wedding clients we usually ask a series of questions about their interests, passions, where they met etc. Sometimes even even their favorite music. Then from there we begin a full on consultation. We like our consultations to be fun. And take the time needed to create the perfect event florals. Never pushy, Snapdragon believes in listening to our clients aesthetic wishes and then working alongside them to make it come into being.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Snapdragon Flowers is the creation of Tolani Lawrence-Lightfoot and David Hatch. Both are fine artists whom are graduates of Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. Tolani studied hospitality at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland Oregon and prior to that at Camberwell College of Arts in London.Tolani has also worked along side some very talented floral designers over the years. David has worked as an urban garden designer as well as a production artist for some of the biggest shows on Broadway, the Philadelphia Flower Show and beyond . He is largely responsible for the design and build aspect of our operation.
