Wow! That was my first impression when I saw these guys work. They had to do some demo in my house for a remodel. I was told the work was going to be completed in two days- honestly I didn’t believe they’d finish by then, but quietly thought they can use the week since I didn’t mind. I walk in after the first day and was in awe of how much work was completed. They cleaned after themselves each day, and took only two days. My wife and I are in awe of these guys. I am so impressed by the quality of work, and level of professionalism. Their service is unparalleled. I really appreciate you guys. U bet if I need such a service again, you are my go to. Our kitchen, bathroom and deck-to-patio renovation projects needed a lot of demo, including removing layers of vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, a wet bed bathroom floor, cupboards, plumbing fixtures, appliances, a closet wall, selective drywall removal, an old wood deck and its overhead metal pipe frame, concrete footings and pad. We sensed that construction contractors were escalating their pricing because of the amount of demolition needed and the unknowns of what could be discovered during it, so we wanted to find a demo contractor to do the job. Before using Thumbtack, we signed on with one who dropped off the face of the earth. Thumbtack led us to J's and A's, who gave us a better price and worked harder than imaginable to get the job done when we needed it done, which is why I selected the three "likes" of responsiveness, value and punctuality. But we also really liked having Jarreau (Ro) here. He was always cheerful, and his knowledge of construction also helped in areas where we weren't quite sure how far to take some drywall and concrete removal. Demo is always a messy and loud process, but we were given a head's up about the noise, and the dust was contained as much as feasible. Work areas were cleaned up at the end of each day. One tip: if you are having flooring removed, you should consider how to handle the remaining staples. We started off with Ro pounding them down, but then decided to remove them ourselves. Oh, and I almost forgot, Ro's memory of what had to be done, and still needed to be done was impressive! And the specific pieces that we wanted to reuse were cared for and placed where we wanted them.

Couldn't have gone any better. They worked extremely hard to finish the demo of a large concrete patio in a short amount of time.
