I hired Alex for a slow draining bathroom sink. He snaked the drain but that didn't solve the problem 100%, so he continued to troubleshoot. He determined that the drain plug wasn't sitting up high enough, and after some futzing he was able to get it seated higher. He offered to replace it, but also offered the option for me to keep it as-is if I don't need to use the plug (since if I plug the sink and then open it it might cause draining problems again). I really appreciated that he explained the pros and cons of each option so I could make a decision.
