Ray was very pleasant and was able to come out the next day, on a Saturday, to unclog our drain. He was patient and persistent. He also didn't mind me handing over his head and I took in everything he was going (since I'm pretty new to that kind of stuff).

I had a clogged sewer line and needed help fast. Mr. Maldonado arrived on time and got the job done right.He was a pleasure to talk to and he knows his stuff. I would definitely hire Mr. Maldonado again if needed.

I had a problem with a leaky toilet in my basement. The shutoff valve was rusted open so I was unable to stop the leaking by closing the valve. The toilet is over 40 years old. Several plumbers were at my residence and told me that the toilet would have to be replaced. Ray came over to quote the job. After looking at the pipes and toilet, he informed me that he could fix the leak by replacing parts in the toilet. These were parts that other plumbers said had to be special ordered and might not even be available. Mr. Maldonado had the parts in his truck. He fixed the toilet and replaced the shutoff valve for a less than half of what I was quoted by others for a new toilet installation.
The price was certainly fair. I am quite pleased because this is the only firm that was willing to fix instead of replace. Saved hundreds of dollars!
