I recently had some water damage that needed repair, and KB responded immediately, which I really appreciated. They initially scheduled me for Sunday, but due to an emergency, they had to reschedule for Wednesday. They showed up as promised and got right to work. The repairs took about an hour and a half, and the workmanship itself was solid—everything was completed without any issues or problems, and I’m satisfied with the end result. The only reason I’m taking off one star is for the cleanup. I understand it may not be perfect or up to my personal standards, but there was some leftover material that could have caused damage if I hadn’t caught it in time. Thankfully I did, but it’s something that should be improved. Overall, I would consider using them again for future work, but I do hope they pay a bit more attention to cleanup next time.

Good service in general but lacking in cleanliness. He got drywall paste in my kitchen sink. Also left the trash bag behind i expected him to take it with him.
