- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on the job, no one job is the same but for all jobs I write up an invoice that way we are both covered & have in writing what must be done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We exchange numbers, I come do a walk through & give a start date (sometimes same day) I also write up a receipt for the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Kaplan Institute with highest honors, certified electrical technician, trained by ibew union master electricians
