GE Electrical Services scheduled my appointment for the next day after I contacted them which I really appreciated. Edmond arrived on time and efficiently completed installation of my replacement wired smoke alarm. He answered my questions and was professional. I plan to contact the company for future repairs and improvements.
Edmund is very professional not only with his work, but in his customer service. He is very punctual, arriving early. He takes the time to explain the issues and his recommendations. Although, because I did not realize that my house still had knob and tube wiring, he was not able to install the digital timers. He made at least 2 additional trips trying to find a way to make it work. He will be my "go-to" electrician and I would definitely recommend him.
Work was done promptly and completely. Electrician worked efficiently and was professional. Very satisfied and would use again for any electrical issues.
